Total Lunar Eclipse December 20-21
There will be a total lunar eclipse tonight December 20th starting at 12:29 a.m. The eclipse will reach totality at 2:41 a.m. enter the Earth's umbra. How the moon will appear during totality is not known. Some eclipses are such a dark gray-black that the moon nearly vanishes from view. During other eclipses it can glow a bright orange.
