I was asked the other day what it was like to become father? I have to admit that I am not sure if words can truly capture the experience. It is one of those moments that are so raw and real that you really have to experience it yourself. I do know that it was the most unifying moment of my marriage to date. It cannot be topped in its pure magnitude, power, and emotion. If you didn’t know what it meant to love before you cannot help yourself after it’s done. You will be in awe at the power of a single woman, the resilience of an infant, and be swept off your feet at the power of God and nature.
