Sometimes it is good to take a step back from time to time and reflect on the simple questions that are really important in most everyone's life.​

What is most important to you in your next career step? 

The most important part of my next career step is to work for a company that allows me to grow both as a worker, a colleague, and a friend. It has the best interest of me the employee always in mind. It is a place that allows me to take major steps in life like buying a dependable car, a house, allow me to save for my life after my career has ended. I want my career to allow me to retain my integrity, and never force me into compromising myself for the sake of an extra dollar. I want to be constantly challenged in a productive way that allows me to grow both as a person and a professional. ​
